Usually when fixing up the kitchen, people would feel frustrated because they can’t seem to arrange their kitchen appliances in such a way that it doesn’t look cluttered and messy-looking. You’ve got your stove, your microwave, your oven toaster, your coffee brewer, and the list goes on. Counter space should be enough for you to prepare the food, reach out for ingredients when cooking, and to clean up when meals are done. This is a problem and an issue that GE or General Electric wants to address and they were able to do so with a microwave known as the Spacemaker Microwave.

The Spacemaker Microwave was, at first glance, attractive because of its compact and convenient size. The microwave is usually the appliance that takes up the most space since it’s usually bulky and large in size and you’d have to make way for the door to open in order to get the dish or the beverage you just heated up. What’s more, you’d have to wait for a few minutes just for the microwave to heat up the dinner you had last night or an instant breakfast meal that you can take with you on your way to work. The Spacemaker Microwave serves as the solution to this problem and so far it has worked for many homeowners who are in search of appliances that are easy to put away and can be placed in areas where it isn’t too much of an inconvenience when working about the kitchen.

Unfortunately, the Spacemaker Microwave failed in many other aspects, particularly in functionality and its inability to last for a long time. Though cheap and convenient, this microwave is prone to breaking down due to magnetron failures and has the tendency to start fires which is very dangerous, especially when there are kids around who would usually use the microwave to heat up food and drinks by themselves. Lastly, not only do people lose money because of service charges, but they end up having to buy a new microwave that cost a lot more than the Spacemaker Microwave. This is a big disappointment as most people who have used the product won’t recommend it to others and a stain on GE’s reputation as an appliance manufacturer.

Overall, the Spacemaker Oven is a good choice if you prioritize convenience and saving counter space in the kitchen, but if you’re looking for a microwave that will last long and won’t break down so easily, you might as well look for other brands and other models. Don’t even attempt to buy this product online because you’ll have a hard time trying to get it warranted and fixed if ever it breaks down all of the sudden.

Have you just moved into a new house and are trying to figure out how to arrange your kitchen appliances that they won’t crowd around too much? Many new homeowners face this problem when trying to arrange their appliances simply because they don’t want their kitchens to look messy, cluttered, and most of all cramped. You need as much space as you can to prepare the food for the family and enough space to clean up right after. Microwaves, for example, take up a lot of counter space because of their bulky size and the fact that there should be space for you to take the food or the beverages being heated out easily. Fortunately, GE or General Electric has released a compact and easy-to-use microwave that not only can heat up all kinds of food and beverages in just 5-6 minutes but can be placed almost anywhere around the kitchen due to its small convenient dimensions. This is known as the Spacemaker Microwave and many have found this product very convenient when it comes to saving space in the kitchen area.

To give a brief summary about the product, GE’s Spacemaker Microwave is a compact kitchen appliance that has a plethora of features such as automated and timed defrosting, delay start, add 30 seconds, and 10 power levels to choose from when cooking certain types of food. You can heat up all kinds of food and beverages without having to worry about waiting and being late for work. It’s powered by 800 watts, so you can easily cook your food within 1 – 6 minutes max. The best part of owning a Spacemaker Oven is that you can place it on top of other appliances or in areas where it is more convenient for you since it’s small in dimension (18 x 39 x 31) and weighs only 33 pounds.

So where can you buy a GE Spacemaker Microwave? If you prefer checking the product out first before buying it, you should visit your local appliance store and see if they have a GE Spacemaker Microwave available for sale. Many would usually prefer buying directly from the kitchen appliance stores since they can test out the microwave first, sign the warranty cards, and take it home immediately to use in the kitchen. But if the store nearest you doesn’t have the Spacemaker Oven in stock, you can always buy it from websites online like Amazon.com or eBay.com. Usually this is the option chosen by consumers if they want to get discounts and avail of online promotions. The only problem is not being able to see the product first unless you’ve already paid for it. Make sure to read customer reviews first before purchasing so that you’ll know beforehand if the product works and is reliable or not.

The kitchen is one of the most crowded places in the home since there are usually a lot of appliances and items being placed in cabinets, counters, and the like. Heck, some would even place appliances on top of other appliances like stoves and ovens. Microwaves are especially space-consuming since they are normally large in size and would have to take up a major part of the kitchen countertop so that it’ll be easier to take out the food being heated up. GE or General Electric, a world renowned company that produces electrical appliances and other household items, was able to address this issue in the kitchen with a product known as the Spacemaker Microwave. This microwave, apart from functioning like the typical microwave, helps people in saving a lot of counter space since it is compact in size and can be placed on top of other surfaces.

To give a brief overview of the specifications, the Spacemaker Microwave’s dimensions are 11 3/16 X 12 9/32 X 23 25/32 in inches (HDW), powered at 800 watts, and can heat and cook up food and beverages instantly in 1-6 minutes. It also has other interesting features such as automated defrosting, add 30 seconds, and easy-to-use button controls. The microwave is also very affordable as some new homeowners would find a Spacemaker Microwave already placed and set up on their kitchen countertop. But above all, the best feature that makes this product so attractive is its compact size and the fact that it’s easy to place the microwave in different areas of the kitchen to save space.

The only problem with GE’s Spacemaker Microwave Oven is that it’s prone to breaking down and malfunctioning after being used for just a short period of time. There have been a series of customer complaints about the paint coming off during cleaning and the microwave shutting down all of the sudden while heating up food and beverages. If this occurs, you might have to contact customer service for assistance so that they will be able to replace the microwave or send over a technician to fix the product. Sadly, this is going to be a big stain on GE’s reputation as an appliance manufacturer and would have to do something about it if they want to attract more customers to buy their products.

The best thing to do if you do want to try the Spacemaker Microwave is to check first if the product comes with a 1 year warranty and if it is functioning before making your purchase. You should also save the hotline number of the company’s customer service and support in case the microwave malfunctions and you don’t know how to fix it.
